Improving the UI

I recently updated my Sony Xperia S to the latest version ICS 4.0.4 however i lost the potential to change the form of my UI

as i cant create folders to place applications in it nor even add pages on my homescreen in order to place shortcuts nor create Folders on the homescreen.

How to do so !

thats because the UI is different

when you tap the screen on a blank space or just below the notification bar, two icons will display at top of the screen, one on each side, one is for applications (widgets, apps, folders) and the other is for display options, hope this will help you

Just tap on the screen and a bar would pop up at the top
