Improvement proposals

Sony,

We all know that working on upgrade to JellyBean is ongoing. Maybe it is not too late to propose some improvements which are important (I think) for many of us.

1. Change behavior of notification led in extended standby mode to inform about missing calls, messages, emails (and calendar events - see point 2). Extended standby mode is good feature for me. When I am at work I do not need data transmission because I have internet on my workstation. But i still need to know if I missed call, message or mail. If led really consumes so much power, maybe a good sollution would be to add an option to menu to switch led on/off in extended standby mode.

2. Add notification led blinking when calendar event appears. I do not understand how it is possible that led does not inform about calendar events. It is one of the most important events in smartphone (like calls, messages or emails).

3. Change battery icon when battery is fully charged. Maybe removing thunder from icon is sufficient? Now we need to go to settings -> phone informations -> phone informations to check whether battery is fully charged or not. It is really annoying.

I hope you will take into account these proposals

Its really nice to post our expectation from JB Update... I knw Sony Developer won't Consider it... as they Develop( not develop, just modify the things) with their own mindset....

But even if we get some of our expectation implemented(Least chance) then it would be good..

1. Better Network Reception - Current firmware version has very poor one.

2. Native 3g Video Calling - Phone has all the hardware capabilities but still it lacks in this feature and I dont understand why? when samsung and manufacturer like Karbonn can do this then why can't sony?

3. Camera Quality - currently we are facing bug in 8MP mode that should be fixed and Please add more photo resolution option along with 8MP 16:9 Mode.

4. LED and Illumination Bar based notification-  Let user decide which kind of alert they want to associate with these. Illumination Bar was the USP for this phone but has become just a peice of Show off.

5. Better Contrast Screen - With high Brightness (even at max) the color quality and Contrast ratio just goes off. White magic turns my phone to be washed display.

6. The main thing, Bug Free Update -Please take your time and get the update tested by good tester as most of the update for sony phones has lots of bugs. and later bug fixes are not the solution as they takes lot of times additionally it create panic to consumer and company goodwill also get affected.

Please consider our suggestions as we are the consumer who pays for the product.

If we dont get proper consideration, then sorry to say their are other mobile giant available in the market to think up on.
