Impossible to add lockscreen widgets

Hello, 

I I used to be able to add new widgets on the lockscreen by pressing the cross, but some setting seems to have changed and the cross does not appear anymore. 

Has it happened to anyone else?

try to remove all of widghets...then goto camera>setting>widget..turn it off and then on..then see cross shape is backed or not
