Importing contacts using PC companion

My previous phone was a company iPhone, which I no longer have (had to give it back when I retired).

I exported the contacts from the iPhone, and have them as a CSV file, but cannot find a way of reading this in.

I presume that the Manual Merge function in PC Companion contacts setup would allow something along those lines, but for some reason itg is greyed out.

Why is Manual Merge greyed out?

Any suggestions as to how I import the exported iPhone information?

You may have to copy this file to your phone then on your phone choose options and contacts setup then direct it to the file and update - Not sure if it will work or if the phone only supports .vcf files

Copy the file to your phones Sd card..then go to contacts and press the 3 dots button..choose import contacts from the sd card..
