Import pictures

When I import pictures to my computer, the pictures come as doubles or even triples and also some of my deleted pictures gets imported. Is there a way to prevent that from happening so I just get one of each picture?

How are you transferring the pictures?

Via usb cable and choosing "import pictures"

Which program are you using on your computer to import the pictures?

Hi Thomas41,

Sounds like you may be using a default Microsoft transfer tool. I suggest that you use Media Go to perform this task.

Media Go
