Hi,
I live in Dubai and Jumbo electronics is the main supplier for all the Sony Xperia products in the U.A.E so getting an invalid IMEI is impossible. Also, the TRA checks the phone authenticity before it goes for sale. So, getting an invalid isn't most likely going happen. Slightly_smiling_Face

I have both the Z3 Dual and the Z3+ Dual, when I use the Xperia Support site to register my devices's IMEI, the site won't recognize them and posts as an invalid IMEIs. That's weird, since I bought them from the main destributer in the country.

It's either the sony support site didn't update their IMEI database or something else.

I am also facing the same problem and my phone is a Sony Xperia Z3 (dual). When I type *#06# I get IMEI1 and IMEI2  and both numbers are 15-digit.

If you are unable to register your IMEI in your account i recommend that you contact your local support team to see if they can register it for you or see what's wrong.

@KHAN3

Not sure why you got that message. Your IMEI is a Xperia Z3 Dual. Do you see it in your account now?
