image selection on messaging

hello! I seem to have changed the default setting for choosing where an image comes from when sending a text message. I want to be able to choose between gallery/dropbox or whichever - but I seem to have pressed an "always" button and I can't work out how to change it back. I've cleared my default settings for as much as I can work out in the settings/app bit... help please someone!!!!!

You have 2 options

1) settings > apps > menu > Reset app preferences 

or

2) install another album app (such as quickpic) then you will get the option to select other apps
