If I do a hard reset in my sony xperia S will my Warranty will get expired?

I bought my sony xperia s and now I am facing problem of blur images and not clear images, phone is getting restart automatically, When i listen to music it doesn't work properly and it stuck in between fr a second and start again.

Is this a software or a hardware problem?

Well My dear Friend I have done 2 times I bought this phone on tuesaday and till now I have factory rest it 2 times still the problem is same..

I would run SUS yet again, just to clear out any bugs, or

settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all -> camera clear everything here then press and hold the power button & volume up for 5seconds, your phone will restart
