ICS upgrade again

Hi!

So I've finally found the SI of my Neo in the list of those for upgrade (1246-9898). It's been there for 2 months now, but my phone is still Gingerbread and when I click the "Software update" in settings, it says my phone is up to date. So how do I get the ICS?
