ICS update for xperia Arc

I've got my Arc like one of the first in Holland, but i've still got no update for my SI number! How is this possible? Because I thought it was combined with the date of purchase of your Arc.

I also bought it the first day it was released in the netherlands, with si nr 1246-1836.

But now it looks like there wont be any update, its really sad because we waited for the phone and bought it when it was released and now we are the last one to receive a update or maybe dont get any update.

Sony always does a good job in my opinion but the ones who really wanted the phone get left behind.
