ICS Update Failed Midway

I connected my phone to my PC and it said an update was available to 6.1.... something. I accepted, downloaded the whole thing for a few hours and then my phone shut down showing this screen. Turned the phone back on and it said update service not available. When i checked from my phone it said it was up to date. 10 minutes later, i connected it back, update was available. came to the same step and the same problm occured.
