ICS: Stop Video Unlimted and OfficeSuite running on start up?

Hi does anyone know how to stop Video Unlimted and/or OfficeSuite running on start up or preferably uninstall in ICS? Both show in running apps even though I don't launch them. Video Unlimited also seems to be stealing data usage.

You need root to uninstall/freez those apps

settings > apps > all > look for the apps > disable

Started up OfficeSuite and it said that there was an update available. Selected update which took me to Play Store which then surprisingly had an option to uninstall. That's one down.

As I remember in this way you removed only the update. I don't know on ICS because I uninstalled it right away, but on GB still run at startup. I'm not sure about this you should check
