I'm fed up with the Sony ICS RoM and waiting for the promised fixes, so I want to replace it with a simple unadulterated ICS RoM - something like Cyanogen? But I need my work emails etc to function and my firm will not allow rooted phones. Is there any way to replace the rom without rooting?
