ICS problems Memory Error

Hi

I Own Neo V after updating to ICS I'm getting multiple problems.

1. Restarts automatically while browsing, hangs up while searching the contacts, Hangs up immediately after unlock.

and recently I'm seeing error "application being closed due to low memory error".

Would appricitae if anyone has resolutions to these problems.

What build number are you running on?

Do you use any task killers, anti virus app's or battery defender app's? If so try to uninstall them and check.
