Ics installed on Xperia mini

Hii Guys,

                 I just installed ICS before 2 to 3 days before. the major things i experincing is only one is that scroll (Contacts,Settings) is little bit slow in comparision of GB.i am not experincing any other major issue.every thing else is fine.but still 3 days goes.i will update if i found any.the main thing i want to know is still menu(all programes which we slide) is still old.in one of myfriends xperia X8 i found is really awesome but he installed by himself it's not provided by SONY.I want to know why sony doesn't change it.SONY want to save their developer's time ..........or only intrested in new customers only???and also why home screen(Desktop)is not changed.any buddy know abt this thing.I also want SONY guy will give some official comment on this please.

As I understand you've just update to ICS but you have some concerns about they system UI and layout? Perhaps another home screen app could give you what you're looking for. Check on Google Play for other home screen app's.
