First of all the status bar which is the most important and recognizable element of any Android system, please add toggle shortcuts for Wifi, Bluetooth and other apps in it , just like in Galaxy S3 i mean those guys have been working on the status bar and it's amazing.
Second of all and i have seen a couple of complaints about it the number of home screens, some people may need just one home screen and others may need more than four just let us edit the number of home screens for the sake of ram usage and simplicity please.
Finally there is the task manager shortcut in the recent apps list when you long press the home button, this is also available on Galaxy S3 why don't you guys add it it's very helpful trying to close a non-responsive app.
Other than that the overall layout of Xperia ICS is great and special, if you only look onto these matters it would take Xperia phones to the next level.
