I came across a few instances when ICS is using unchangeable default melodies to signal on some events.
Found so far:
- NFC. Every time I touch SmartTag there is an ugly (to me) sound, whereas in 2.3.7 it only vibrated
- Bluetooth connection request. The phone starts ringing one of it default melodies (not the one I set up for any notification) and it rings before I react on this request. This happened when I connected my phone to my car after the update. It asked me if I want to allow connection to my car.
I cannot figure out any place in the menu where it can be changed. I think it is better to leave it to users to decide.
Any idea?
