Xperia™ S, SI numbers for ICS update

post...i found that my phone SI numbers is already released...it's 1257-1836...
but can tell me how to upgrade to ICS??

actually this was my third updation after i bought my Xperia S in March. first i recieved 6.0.A.3.73 then last month i got 3.75 and today 0.452

Thanks... can you pls give a brief data on how much MB each update is about? Am thinking to do my self or visit to service centre.

My SI is 1257 - 5177. yesterday i had problems when updating

And one thing want to know that , what and all you did before upgrading to new version.

I dont need any SMS or Contact backup. Built in softwares(I mean gtalk,astro etc..) will be available right once we update it to new version without taking backup?
