I want to factory reset after update

I hate the new update, and I won't go into why, because I think you all know the issues.

I want to restore to factory settings. I backed up my phone, but am wondering once reset it, and then restore my content, will the update automatically update as well? Should I restore from the last backup just before I updated?

Factory reset will only delete apps, contacts, etc, it will not downgrade the phone

you should contact your local Xperia care

Thank you for this everything was going well I thought then I keep getting an error. I have tried to install the drivers but not sure why it isnt working. 

I am also getting errors with the drivers. Not sure if I am clicking on the wrong drivers?

Have you checked device manager to make sure the driver is installed?

Computer or This Pc then right click this then left click properties then in the new windows in the top left corner click on Device manager then connected your phone in Flashmode - Switched off hold volume down and connect your USB cable then check for and errors
