so, i sent my xperia x10 off for repairs as the charger port is broken and i couldn't use my phone. ive been sent a letter from SBE the company that are fixing it i suppose, and they have said i need to pay £10 for the service as my phone is out of warranty, but they haven't told me how much it will cost to have my phone repaired. i'm now very confused as to whether my phone is going to be repaired of if i'm just going to have it sent back to me unrepaired, can anyone help me?
