I just updated to ICS

Here are the issues I've encountered so far:

1. I don't like how the right to left swipe unlock now launches the camera. I preferred having it enable the vibrate mode instead.

2. Going to Settings>Apps (or Storage)>Running force closes the Settings App. Each and every time

3. I prefer the Gallery instead of Album

Question: is offline voice to text already available on ICS? If so, how do I enable it?

Have you tried to reboot your phone and check if the force close problem remain?

As I understand you needs Internet connection to use the Google voice input. You can use this by changing keyboard while typing a message.
