Dear Sony Care,
I brought my phone to one of your Repair Shop (recommended by a sony care representative) in our area last June and it's been 6 months already we haven't received the device yet. We were told they they will contact us once the device is fixed so we can pick it up but it's taking so long, we tried to make a follow-up through call and text. But they are not responding. Not a single replay from them. So we sent a complaint through email to force them to communicate back to and tell us what is happening and why the repair is taking too long. We received a response from them, telling us that we need to pay first the repair fee. I mean, why tell us now? After so many months. And also, this is not what we agreed when I brought the phone to them. They told me that we will settle the repair fee upon picking up the device. I mean, we are willing to pay the repair fee but this is really confusing. Is there something else that we can do to speed up this process because this is really frustrating.
