I have another problem

the mobile is turn on but when i tried to open the screen it was black !!! and nothing is work so i restart it and it worked , this problem happend 2 times ?? what i should to do ?????

It's hard to say what may cause the issue. I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

A couple of days and see if the problems occurs again.
