I have a problem in settings/app

I need help because after I updated to ICS one of my widgets couldn't load and after i deleted that widget and now when i hold my home button i couldn't run my task manager and when i check that manually in my settings/app in my running apps tab it displays this error "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped". Can anyone help me? thanks

1. have you disable any app?
2. do you have a taskiller?
3. are you using a different home launcher?
