i cant update stuff becuas it says that i have no merory left 

i have a micro SD but nothing is stored on it .

You can't use memory card sto store apps and updates.

How much free space do you have in the internal storage?

Cot88 is correct, the internal storage its only for music, pictures and videos

There is a way around it, you will have to root your phone > install an app: apps2sd then you will be able to do so.
