I actually cant touch screen. My phone is Xperia Z3 and everything's fine i can use every single analog buttons.

I dont know why. Please help me find out T T

Have you enabled talkback somehow? In that case,you need to use two fingers to swipe and double tap to confirm.

sometime it back to work normally but often cant touch since yesterday. about hour ago i can touch it and i did restore factory setting. And now it still cant do anything with my phone ==

I'd suggest that you do a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. It's better than factory reset.

Open PC companion -> Support zone -> Phone/tablet software update -> Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.
