you should check the one in /system/build.prp. i think its different from the one on the box.

There are almost an infinite number of threads regarding these "issues". Use the search function and you will find that the update is rolled out, meaning it will not be available for everyone at the same time. Just hold on for some more time and you will eventually get the update.
