I cannot be heard during calls

mic not working I can hear the other end but nobody can hear me.Bluetooth stays on all the time every time I try to put it off it doesn't work.

Also it is overheating

I don't know what to do

try to place a call while on safe mode

or run Xperia Diagnostics. settings>about phone>diagnostics

if you recently updated your device try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion
