i can't use another operator..

ı change my operator today. i plugged card after start phone, enter PIN code, It says the code was accepted and screen getting dark and phone shut down automaticlly.... but it is worked when i tried another xperia.. at the same time ı tried another card on my phone it is worked. :smileygrin:    what can i do this situation. please help me)

Don't put the SIM card in the phone after you have powered it on, make sure you have the phone powered off before this.

is that PIN to unlock the phone from the previous network/operator or a pin lock?

ı took phone to service, they update software..  everything ok now..
