I am selling my X10 at a loss and buying a HTC

I only have the X10 a week and am selling it for €150 less than I paid for it, I have opted for a HTC instead.

SE you can stick your phones up your **** I will never buy one of your products again, you company is a total joke.

You have the worst phones on the market as well as the worst customer service I have ever experienced, what a way to run a company.

I wonder what would happen if your shareholders took a look at this forum, I reckon your stock price would plummet and rightly so.

I'll be saving up for something better myself (iphone 4gs), in the mean time i will have to suffer it ggrrrrr i feel lied too by the unofficial sneaky bastard statements of multi touch will come one day only to have the rugged pulled out from under me by saying it was never an official statement F U anything said by a SE exec is in my mind an official statement if they do not know what they are chatting about they should keep they're Fing mouth shut or be honest and say i don't know!

i hope it cripples your crappy company and the moronic ceo's who thought this was acceptable get the boot.. the only i phone this would of killed would of been the very first one as long as you don't compare the crap on screen keyboard the x10 has.. sending a text has never been so frustrating...

also i have learned in future i will buy my phone sim free so the networks can't fuck around with the firmware making it even worse and i'll just take a massive discount on my tariff instead!!

Err.... Sorry, x10. But I am having a hard time reading your post, I must be retarded or something.

In the world of tech devices, nothing is EVER an official fact unless publish through their companies' announcements. Anyone can claim to be an exec on a high enough pedestal, and be fired the following day. So it is never wise to take what these execs say as facts. This type of situation has happened before, with quite a few mobile phone makers. Not surprising at all.

As for buying an iPhone, please stop being another ass. If you prefer the iPhone, you are no smartphone enthusiast. UI have always proclaim that the iPhone is in no way a revolution. It was never a smartphone, only a FEATURE phone with a fancy dress up for outdated mobile phone tech. They just made touchscreen phone fun to use, how in the world is that revolution.

The world of the Apple fanatics and fanbois is that of delusion, self-proclaimation, and self-denial. Are you really one of those people?

I wanted to stay away from iphones as they are over priced and apples big brother attitude to the app store was annoying but the screen does what it should and the keyboard works as it should do and with the new one it has a front facing cam for video calls all of which the x10 doesn't do.. i am a little bitter as i was awaiting this phone since i saw it many years ago when they was calling it rachael but i fear the accountants got a hold of it and ruined what could of been a monumental phone im not saying the phone is all that bad just it should of been so much much more than it is..

I have to agree that the leaked prototype had very desireable features. However, it was only a prototype. Things get lost in between.

iPhone is a whole load of crappy outdated hardware. The keyboard on the iPhone was originally not as good as you might think. It took them 2 revision to get it right.

You might want to try a Samsung android phone. They are always loaded with high-end hardware, quick to update but always quick to be replaced. That's why Samsung phones are not as popular as they should be. They are far too easily replaceable. BTW, their built-in keyboard rotates in any and all app.

Bye Bye dusilko, I ain't going lose any sleep over your loss. My X10 works fine, no issues bar the keyboard which was solved with an app and the in-call volume which SE are working on. Still no regrets about not taking the HTC Desire, which is so similar except it required a more recent Android version to be any good at all, has a worse music player and camera, and tries to show off it's prettyness with lame live wallpapers which no one cares about it!
