Huge problems with bad solutions.

I bought a Sony Xperia Z1 back in November. Since then Ive had numerous problems.
I bought it with Vodafone Ireland, in their Gorey, Co. Wexford store. First problem I had was a loose headphone jack. They refused to give me a new phone even though I was under warranty still as it was within my 3 months. They sent it off and it came back to me fixed. Next, somehow dust got in the camera lense. Which the phone is to be protected by under it's two major selling points? Well when I brought it back she claimed it was my fault and that all they could do was send it off. Breaking consumer laws again by not replacing my again faulty phone. Third problem since I got the phone back a second time; after using the phone for about a week, the camera application crashes every time I open it. I was told each time that when repaired the phone was reset. But no the software is going haywire. Which it never has before.
This is disgraceful business from Vodafone and I am poorly disappointed with the response from Sony about this and the problems with my phone.
