Huge Lag Issues

I'm very disappointed in buying the Xperia Sola. I've been experiencing HUGE lag issues, not just normal lags but HUGE ones. When I switch to the home page after browsing on the internet/playing a game it takes the home screen about 30 seconds to load up. It's just not normal..Recently my home page and applications also messed up due to these huge lag issues. Is the xperia sola also going to be updated to the latest android because that is what the salesman at the store told me.

yes it will, but uninstall antivirus, taskillers, ram apps and battery apps > restart your phone and check if there's any lag. also are you using a different launcher?

So the xperia sola will have android 4.0? I've uninstalled mcafee, I have no ram apps I only have a battery app. My home screen and applications are also glitched right now.

Uliwooly wants to say that if you install any kind of app to your smartphone it will lag in response. so you are supposed to keep your phone the way it came out of the box. Perfect.

Now I will uninstall all the Apps I installed on my phone so that it can work like a phone.

Talking about launchers, I fond the Go Launcher to much more responsive with way more Widgets. The Dialer that Sony provides is a shame too. I found a faster one that comes up much faster, but since it has to depend on the Sony platform to make the actual call, that still takes some time.

Then there is the great Camera. it can do so many things in great detail and clarity, if only you can launch it in time. It take about 10 sec for me, hangs or do not respond a lot of the time. And once I have to restart the phone as the "Camera is not available" came up.

Wish I had waited before purchase and bought the Samsung Tab instead.

wow it can be that bad? mine works just fine, quick and responsive, even though i messed up the internal storage

Not at all, I did not said that at all. I only said taskillers, antivirus, battery and RAM apps, don't take me out of context nor confuse users.

The only Problem with Sony is they make S**t mobiles, dailer, wifi , sound are major problems .However i dint find any problem with box pack, manaual or Cd provided along with it .Sony should stick to printing those and outsource the Mobile division to samsung.
