Both cannot be done. The first one is totally impossible, and for the second one, you may be able to do it if you root your phone. But rooting your phone will void your warranty.
Also do use the search bar from the main page of the support forum before you post new questions, as questions like these have already been asked and answered a number of times. You don't have to wait till someone answers, you will have instant answers.
