How to update Sony Xperia S without using PC

Hi,

I am trying to update my Xperia S to ICS. I have downloaded the 198 MB file on phone using phone  (NOT PC). But what to do now.. ? I have rebooted the phone & read lots of blogs on how to update but everywhere I have to use a PC. How to update it without using PC ??

You could search for your answer on XDA but why can't you use a computer? If you don't use a computer and you have a problem your going to have to do a repair and need the computer anyway.

Well there is a way to update without using a Pc but you would need to root and install an app like Rom manager however to do this you need a Pc so you can root
