How to update my sony xperia miro -.-

hi,

first im a new android user this phone is my first android phone

i got a notification for new update so i plugged my phone into my computer and launched PC Compansion then i downloaded the update

step two of preperation completed

now it says disconnect my phone from usb cable > shutdown my phone > wait 5 sec then > plug in usb cable > then keep holding low volume button

i followed the instruction but nothing  happened at all what am i doing wrong

Try changing USB-port on your computer and try again. Might be some faulty drivers installed.

had to create another forum account just to post this i couldnt access my forum account

that did NOT help changing usb ports chainge usb cables ...

anyway i solved my problem last knight by doing something else thanks to myself
