I believe to uninstall the POBox Touch app you need to be a super user.

In order to be a super user, you need to root the phone.

Also to uninstall the Japanese and Chinese keyboards, you also need to be a super user which is achieved by rooting the phone.

Not sure if you have tried a settings/factory reset yet. It may solve your problem.

If that did not work, can you try to perform a software/firmwware repair using PC Companion
Connect your phone to the PC via the USB cable
The repair option on PC Companion (Support Zone --> Update --> Repair).

If the repair by PC Companion still did not work, can you try the SE Update service

Not sure what OS version you have. Anyway it does not really matter, as the general process is similar.

It should not take long to root the phone. Note this is an unofficial process.
