How to Turn Accessability off,

Some how my Sony Xperia J has got the Accessability activated & is talking its head off.  How do I get it to go back to normal, I am struggling my butt off to get the thing to scroll in the settings menu like normal. I refuses to go futher than Storage.

That sounds really strange. You should always be able to scroll in the settings menu. Have you tried to remove the battery for a while and try again?
