How to Stop Message Warning

Hi Guys, got my new Sony Xperia Z1 but i have one thing i would like to know if i can remove, i send at times a large amount of text messages in a short period of time, (Youth Football Manager Texting Parents) and i get a warning come up after a while saying i am sending a large amount of texts and do i want to click cancel or allow, now this is annoying and i never had this on my Samsung S3, despite my best efforts i can not find anywhere to either increase the amount of texts before this window pops up or how to remove it from popping up again?

Any help would be great.

Apparently this is a new "feature" of Jelly Bean designed to stop apps automatically sending out multiple, premium priced texts, from your device. Unfortunately, the only way to prevent this is to root your device and/or apply a modded apk.

EDIT: Whilst I cannot vouch for this particular app, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mittelmanapps.smslimitunlock&hl=en appears to allow you to circumvent the SMS limit feature. It's a priced app, so if you choose to try it, I would recommend downloading it immediately before you send out a large number of texts; that way if it doesn't work, you can get a refund upon uninstalling it (within 15 minutes of first downloading).

On the same device I also got warning said "this message may cost you money" is that also a new feature on Jelly Bean?

I have just received about fifty 'Power management tips' telling me that "<App name> has not been used in some time, if you do not need it please uninstall it." (Or something along those lines.)

I have absolutely no intention of opening every single app on my phone once a day just to stop these stupid notifications popping up. I can't disable them because they're tied to the phone's stock battery application, so I would like Sony to do something about it.
