How to stop downloading items

Hello,

How to stop downloading items in my neo v, as I have kept 4 items for downloading.

From last 4 days its showing downloading notification, but not downloading 1% data.

Restarted my neo v, still these notifications are showing..

If items downloaded 20% where that half downloaded files available?

Please help me

just go to download manager and delete the thing you are downloading or if you are downloading an app from playstore then go to that app in the plystore and hit the X button on the Right corner

in the menu, there is an icon named 'download'

Downloads is empty, no data in it. I have kept downloading 4 apps from PlayNow.  its shwoing downloading(strucked at 4%) but unable to cancel or clear from notification bar...
