How to Set Notification Tone

i have download a ringtone i.e. save in Phone ringtone, but i want to set as notification tone, when i go to message menu, there is just default tones and show the music library, while the the tone save in phone ringtones.

what i do to set tone for notification that is save in phone ringtones????

Tones saved in ringtones won't show up when setting notification tone. You have the save the tone in notification tones or in the music library to select the tone for notifications.
