Before using sony xperia p i had nokia n73 which has facility to save my messages by creating a new folder. So i used to save my messages in a different folders for different messages but in sony xperia p i don't find option to save my messages in a different folder. Is there any solution to this problem? And even while message typing messaging window is to small so how should i expand it?
Try rotating your phone to any side, the letters get bigger and maybe the space where to write also.As for saving the messages,i am not sure you can change the location.Maybe only between the sim card and phone.
This is ANDROID , forget SYMBIAN.
Welcome to the conversational style of messaging !!

Search for an APP on store if you want folder style messaging
Moving messages between folder is still not possible :smileyinfo:
Yes,rotating the phone is the only option i think so to increase the size of messaging window & actually i am really amazed that my 5 year old phone had the facility to save message in a folder which even latest android can't offer. So our latest android is not still offering the best.
If you wish to backup your messages you can download applications from the Play Store. I personally have tried SMS backup it worked a treat.
I don't want to backup my messages.I only want to store them in my phone forever so i can use then occasionally.
I don't think you can do that. You have an option with myphone explorer, which allows you to save your messages on a computer in several extensions(sms, txt) and you can upload them on your phone and read them every time.
For this download go smspro from play store, its a free app. After that you will see one icon folder options (on swiping from let to right you will get it once you use it). Click it problem solved
You will get used to conversational style of messaging, initially it feels disturbing
