How to reset Xperia L settings from computer

Hi all!

Accidentally I enabled function "Voice Talk" in settings. I didn't know what it was, but I found it really annoying. I can't disable it by resetting my smartphone from settings, because I can't go down settings to "user settings". I'm looking for app or function to disable it from computer. Few minutes ago I started downloading newest software update, but I don't know if it will help, so I'm writing to you for help.

You don't have to repair your phone. The 'Talk back' feature is an accessibility feature, which once turned on, will change the way you interact with your phone through touch. You will have to use two fingers instead of one to scroll up/down or left/right through screens, and use double tap instead of single to select an object.
