How to remove the system update notification?

My phone shows a notification taht a new system update(6.0.b.184) to which i dont want to update.

How to remove this notfication??

this is a wild guess, but maybe clearing data for the update centre app will do it

From my previous experience this may work; however in many cases once the phone is aware that there is an update available this will stay there until this has been completed.

So no one knows how to do it :smileygrin: only guesses. Good support from Sony. Anyway, if someone gets it done please share. Clearing data from update center sounds dangerous. You never know what happens next.

nothing dangerous occurs dude, i have done it just 2 hours ago
here's the way :

Settings > apps > all > update center > clear data

However if you again use the internet, the notification would pop up again

if u r a rooted user there is a way...
u need root explorer app.
just go to system > etc > security
just rename otacerts.zip file to
otacerts.zip.bak
it ill stop further updates...

then
settings > apps > all > update centre
> clear data
n u r done 😉
