Hi Sony,
Is there any way to reduce RAM usage? My phone is Xperia P . In settings every time i find ram usage is above 550 - 600MB and free memory will about 150 - 200. Is there any solution for this?. Iam using ICS

Hello Sagar.
Mind looking the Apps that are running in the Background? It's in Settings > Apps > Running.
Disable the Apps that you don't use :smileyhappy:.
P.S. I'm getting about 350MB RAM free, maybe less.
Yes, Killing unwanted apps will reduce the RAM, Easy way to know the open apps is by holding Home button for few seconds, It shows open apps, Just drag a app towards right or left will remove the app from the phone.
It doesn't close every app but it helps a bit i guess! I do the same :smileysilly:.
do NOT use taskillers, this will close an app, yes but this app will be re-open, thus draining more battery, also it will make Android unstable.
you do NOT need taskillers, once Android needs extra RAM it will stop unused apps.

Might help some people understand how android works and why they shouldn't terminate the apps using task killers.
Edit: Here's another one that explains how the android handles the Apps and which of them will have to be terminated first.
Right under the "Illustration of the RAM usage"
"When running low on RAM..."
great link.
when I had my first Xperia (X10) a taskiller was a must, since Sony had quite a buggy Android (1.6) but now you don't need that, but sony should improve a LOT more.
Right, my brother's X10 mini pro was in the need for a Task Killer too.
I don't see a reason of having a task killer on a Phone with 1GB Ram... Except for using it as a "Quick-Access Running Applications List", see about how much Ram and maybe the CPU. Other than that they seem useless to me. Also ICS does pretty good his job at Memory Managing.
I agree, I hope that Sony add the Xperia T/TX/TL task manager to all Xperias
