How to permanently disable system updates???

Now this is nagging me a lot and making me irritated.........

Even though I have set all updates to "DO NOT UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY" the Xperia system update keeps notifying about new lollipop update.

In App, the Update service is Forced stopped but the Show notification is greayed out from disbaling it...Its bydeafut stays enabled!!! Pathetic lollipop..

Same with Software update.

In Kitkat this could have been solved easily by disabling notifications permanently.So what the permanent solution??

Try a program called Debloater which if it's compatible disables the app from running all together
