How to overclock Xperia Ray?

Lets get directly to the point :smileysilly:-

Mobile - Xperia Ray (ST8I)(Urushi)

Build Number - 4.0.2.A.0.62

Kernel version - will provide only if asked

root access - yes (the phone has already been rooted by flashing .42 kernels, using zergrush method and then flashing .62 kernels)

Bootloader - Unlocked using Flashtool

I want to ask that-

1) How can I Overclock my mobile? I have already tried setCPU and CPU master but of no use.

2) Is it recommended to overclock it as it is a compact phone and gets pretty hot while charging! If yes then to what limits?

3) An of-topic question - Whenever i remove my memory card, I loose all the icons of apps installed on my memory card. Is it normal? Anyway to prevent it?

if the apps are on the SD card no you can't keep them in the internal memory

In droid when i remove the memory card the shortcuts remain their although they are not usable (It's obvious). After putting the sd card back the shortcuts remain on the home screen and become usable.

Can any similar thing be done with xperia ray?

I use the default launcher only as other consume more ram. (My experience)

can u please tell me a launcher which use lesser ram.
