How to make Video Calls?

I know Xperia S has front face camera, but I could not find a button to make video call (over the network carrier, not Skype or Tango).

How do you make video calls on S?

Can anyone help?

Only video chat applications as above, no native video calling sorry.

android supports network video call. its available on samsung galaxy series.

why you are making me fools by blaming android. all athor companies using same android os. they have this feature why xperia hasn't
