how to improve the camera of xperia zr in low light situations?

I'm not a professional photographer or anything...
I bought xperia zr 1 month back and add you all know it has 13.1MP exmor rs sensor which is known for low light photography.
But in my phone the pics taken at night are so bad. The noise reduction is so heavy that the blacks look green and the whole image looks kinda dump.
Even my friend's HTC desire X and lumia 520 with their 5mp produces better images at night.
How do I improve my camera?
I tried superior auto, normal, hDr and all those mods...
But I know that it's not a hardware defect cause the day light or natural light photos are so pleasing with its auto focus and looks so professional.
And this is my 3rd xperia zr (replaced twice)

i buyed xperia zr..its good phone for all.. suuprb performance..good touch sensity,good display..opti contrast..brilliant bright..at sunlight..good gaming performance..good battery.

but the camera

camera is not good.:smileycry:i have xperia go st27i.in xperia go photo good saturation but in ..xperia zr no to much colour..its look likes a ordinary camera colour..and also the focus mode not good....please fix the bugs camera focus and photo colour..

please fix it for xperia zr users..

hope it will fix in android 4.3..
