How to improve camera quality?

Is there any way to imrove pictures captured by Sony Xperia SP .
Does any 3rd party app improves picture quality like Lenovo Super Camera v3.5  http://www60.zippyshare.com/v/47687131/file.html

Please share your experiences ,i'm willing to buy this model

There isn't a way to do so, you can download apps that will edit the picture but a camara app wont improve it.

when i try to take macro shots it focuses properly bt when i hit the shutter the image is blurred why does it focus when it can not click clearly
