How to flash ftf file

I didnt get my 4.3 update yet, and can anyone knows how to flash ftf file for xperia V?

For fashing ftf file you need to make sure your phone is rooted and bootloader unlocked. That also voids warranty as well.

You need to wait for some time and you will get the update in PCC .

If you want to flash 4.3,it will not void warranty and you do not need a rooted device.
